Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple companies
Handle AP/AR, invoicing, collections, and expense management
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Support budgeting, cash-flow tracking, and financial forecasting
Coordinate with external CPAs on tax filings and compliance
Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls
Assist leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (multi-entity preferred)
Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
Preferred
Experience in media, real estate, or professional services is a plus
