Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about banking services
Utilize resources to assist customers effectively
Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and customer orientation
Handle confidential customer information appropriately
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery
Qualification
Required
Must be open to training Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for the first 3 months of employment
Shift will be 7a-330p or 1030a-7p, including Saturday or Sunday, upon completion of training
Must be able to work all 7 days, but will only be working 5 days a week
High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with strong verbal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the #1 priority while also appropriately handling confidential customer information
2+ years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment
Preferred
Experience and comfort with computers and internet highly desirable
