Responsibilities
Working with clients and customer support to close out open issues, technical issues, and projects
Managing clients expectations and facilitating solutions on behalf of the client
Liaising and managing clients and the support department’s open support tickets
Coordinating open network issues, communication issues, ERP software issues, CRM software issues, CPQ software issues, and eCommerce issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years-experience in a customer service role working with clients and customer support to close out open issues, technical issues, and projects
Must be adept at managing clients expectations and confident in facilitating solutions on behalf of the client
Must be adept at liaising and managing clients and the support department's open support tickets
Experience with coordinating open network issues, communication issues, ERP software issues, CRM software issues, CPQ software issues, and eCommerce issues
