Responsibilities
Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams and specifications
Experience with hand tools
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Must be able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work on lifts and ladders
Responsible for meeting customer expectations while performing quality inspections
Perform routine troubleshooting calls, break fix work on panels, possibly inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of life safety product lines as well as similar competitive manufacturer's product line
Responsible for closing out service ticket jobs in required timeframe to ensure Guardian hits their SLAs with their customers
Qualification
Required
Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams and specifications

Must be able to work on lifts and ladders
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsible for meeting customer expectations while performing quality inspections
Perform routine troubleshooting calls, break fix work on panels, possibly inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of life safety product lines as well as similar competitive manufacturer's product line
Responsible for closing out service ticket jobs in required timeframe to ensure Guardian hits their SLAs with their customers
MUST have clean driving background, will be in company vehicle
Need to be open to possible weekend work, usually x1 a month on call with service (industry standard)
Preferred
NICET certification
Would be a plus if they have their NICET or FASA BASA or any other FA certifications
