Experience working with testing teams and processes
Experience working at a financial services or other highly regulated company. Wants someone who understands the challenges of regulatory red tape
Experience working with an application team – familiarity with how apps are designed and built would be helpful
Needs someone who understands that the app managers may need to move dates, have conflicts etc so want someone who has proven to still get their work done in that type of environment
Some knowledge of business continuity technologies, processes, or testing programs would be helpful but not a dealbreaker
Qualification
