Customer Service/Parts Specialist

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues
Maintain records of customer interactions and requests
Verify warranty eligibility and take necessary actions to fulfill requests
Receive and process customer requests for replacement parts such as foam, fabric, legs, and other components
Package and ship repair parts daily

Required

Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional support
Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities, both verbal and written
Proficient in computer usage, including data entry and navigating various software applications
Ability to lift and pick up items up to 50 lbs
Prolonged periods of standing and working in a warehouse environment
