Gas Contract Specialist, Senior
Pacific Gas and Electric Company is seeking a Senior Gas Contract Specialist to develop maintenance and construction contracts in Gas Operations. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure contracts are complete and enforceable, as well as negotiating and preparing procurement requests.

Responsibilities
Performs analysis on complex data models requiring customized reports and data and presents recommendations
Identifies the developmental needs of others, and coaches and mentors others to improve their knowledge or skills
Collaborates with team or leaders to work on issues, projects or activities
Works closely with key stakeholders in developing technical scope, planning, pricing, contract structure and incentives, contractor performance, and quality control
Assists with the implementation of process improvements and efficiencies
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Job-related experience, 5 years
Preferred
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
Experience in transmission pipeline construction
Experience in quality control, contracts
Experience in quality assurance, contracts
Experience in project controls
Job-related experience, 7 years
PMP-Project Management Professional certification
PgMP-Program Management Professional certification
CCE-Certified Cost Engineer certification
