Responsibilities
Support Members: Assist with account openings (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates) and guide members through loan and credit card applications
Solve Problems: Research and resolve account or loan discrepancies with care and accuracy
Be a Financial Guide: Educate members on our full suite of products and services to help them make informed decisions
Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships
Ensure Accuracy: Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and responsibly
Collaborate & Lead: Support and train junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture
Stay Compliant: Understand and follow federal regulations related to financial services
Branch Operations: May assist with vault procedures and ATM custodianship
Qualification
Required
Ability to assist with account openings (checking, savings, IRAs, trusts, estates)
Ability to guide members through loan and credit card applications
