Responsibilities
Own a sourcing assignment for a live or realistic role
Use LinkedIn-style search logic and sourcing techniques to identify candidates
Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on role criteria
Build and document a candidate pipeline
Draft and send outreach messages
Track responses and measure outreach performance
Analyze results and make data-informed recruiting decisions with mentor feedback
