Salesforce Administrator

They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize their Salesforce platform, working closely with various departments to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of user and license management, including creating/deactivating user accounts, assigning roles, profiles, and permission sets, and serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day user support and troubleshooting
Implement configuration changes, including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and automation using tools like Flow Builder
Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and cleansing activities using tools like Data Loader to ensure data quality and integrity across the system
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and help teams track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions
Design, build, and optimize business processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
Monitor system performance, install and test updates from Salesforce releases in a sandbox environment, and document processes, policies, and application changes
Develop training materials and conduct ongoing user training sessions to promote effective use of the platform and increase user adoption
Assist with the management and integration of third-party applications and external systems with Salesforce
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional environment
Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is required
Proficiency in standard Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, layouts, security controls)
Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
Strong understanding of CRM processes and data management best practices
Familiarity with data management tools such as Demand Tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)
Experience with specific clouds relevant to the organization (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud)
Basic knowledge of Apex or SQL is a plus
