The Centralized Lending Funding Associate is responsible for guiding members through the final stages of their consumer loan application process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently while presenting final loan options to members.

Responsibilities

Interact directly with members to finalize consumer loan applications, ensuring a positive and professional experience

Complete all required paperwork and documentation for consumer lending products (signature loan/line of credit, auto loan, personal loan, credit card)

Validate contract numbers and loan details for accuracy and compliance

Discover and present cross-sell opportunities, including loan upgrades and ancillary products (GAP, Service Contracts, Maintenance, etc.)

Deliver a clear and comprehensive final presentation of loan options to members

Prepare and send final loan documents for member signature

Review signed documents for quality control and compliance with lending regulations

Accurately book and fund loans to the member's account in the core system

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending compliance regulations and internal policies

Communicate effectively with members, team members, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely funding

Demonstrate urgency and efficiency in completing loan documentation and funding processes

Support a positive team environment and contribute to continuous process improvement
