Customer Experience And Operations Coordinator

As a Customer Experience and Operations Coordinator, you will support customer service operations, respond to inquiries, and coordinate operational processes to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day customer service operations, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience
Coordinate operational processes such as order management, logistics, and maintaining accurate records to optimize operational efficiency
Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the company
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills, including problem-solving and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism
Experience in operations management, order processing, logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth workflows
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Preferred
Proficiency in using relevant software tools for tracking, communication, and reporting is a plus
Previous experience in customer experience or operations roles, preferably in apparel or retail, is a strong advantage
