Responsibilities
Provide hands-on EHS support to deployed operations sites (CA, NM, FL, GA) and manufacturing and build teams in Atlanta
Maintain and stock PPE and other safety equipment for both deployed and on-site teams
Manage hazardous materials and waste, ensuring proper handling, storage, and disposal
Maintain EHS compliance in all work areas, including hazard signage, chemical storage, and general housekeeping
Assist in implementing and maintaining safety programs, procedures, and employee training
Support build, test, and flight activities with an on-the-ground EHS presence
Conduct routine site inspections and identify opportunities for safety improvements
Track and report EHS metrics and support reporting to leadership
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field preferred
2–5 years of experience in EHS technician roles within manufacturing, aerospace, or technical operations
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations
Hands-on experience with chemical handling, waste management, PPE, and general EHS support
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to deployed operations sites in CA, NM, FL, and GA
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Professional certifications (CET, CHMM, CSP, CIH) are a plus
