Responsibilities

Coordinating recruitment activities such as determining or assisting with selection criteria, reviewing applications, preparing position descriptions, and scheduling candidates with hiring managers and interview panels

Leading department-level new hire orientation, ensuring employees receive accurate information about policies and procedures and benefits

Supporting administrative functions as part of the Administration team and managing the preparation and tracking of performance evaluation materials for all staff classifications, ensuring timely completion

Providing guidance on employee relations issues, assisting in addressing complaints or grievances, and coordinating disciplinary actions or investigations as directed

Assisting with the Shadowing & Preceptorship Program by verifying applicant requirements and scheduling experiences with appropriate provider types

Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Executive Director
