Responsibilities

Test various products using standard test equipment
Record and save test data
Perform basic level troubleshooting
Document test failures for rework under direct supervision
Perform routine preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems
Identify and resolve equipment malfunction with engineering
Monitor test equipment to ensure equipment is working correctly
Maintain accurate system logs and manuals to document testing and operation of equipment
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Perform other duties as assigned to drive the values, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of this organization

Required

Perform automated and bench testing by following acceptance test procedures to verify product performance, compliance, and safety
Perform basic troubleshooting to determine the cause of failure and create non-compliance reports
Test various products using standard test equipment
Record and save test data
Perform basic level troubleshooting
Document test failures for rework under direct supervision
Perform routine preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems
Identify and resolve equipment malfunction with engineering
Monitor test equipment to ensure equipment is working correctly
Maintain accurate system logs and manuals to document testing and operation of equipment
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Perform other duties as assigned to drive the values, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of this organization
Ability to use problem-solving techniques while troubleshooting electronic units and equipment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Capable of multi-tasking and handling constant changes in priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows
Ability to read and work from technical documents, schematics, drawings, and datasheets
Knowledgeable in electronics and computer equipment, testing, and processing
Be able to obtain a security clearance
Production Environment: Requires physical capability to work in a production environment up to 9 hours a day including; sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Specific vision abilities including; close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Preferred

Associate's Degree in Electronics preferred or equivalent military training
