Mid LevelAerospace Turbine Rotables, Inc. is currently seeking a technician to work closely with the Production team as a Technical Subject Matter Expert to support the activities of the Engineering and Production Departments. The role involves developing training curricula, coordinating tooling design, and leading continuous improvement activities to streamline production processes.

Responsibilities
Development and execution of sustainable training curriculum for each department including programs for technician advancement and recognition
Develop and execute implementation plans for new product lines or product line extensions
Develop On-boarding programs for new technicians across departments and skill levels
Ensure CMM/CRM requirements are defined and met for the work scope desired by the customer, including Bill of Material definition and requirements
Coordinate and validate all tooling design provide detailed requirements for engineering and ensure form, fit and function is validated
Work with engineering, inventory, and production to review possible equivalency, PMA and extended repair projects
Development of devices including tooling, and procedures to simplify and streamline production processes
Lead continuous improvement activity and 5S projects
Establish attainable but challenging labor standards for each activity in production
Achieve established deadlines for key projects in work

Required
Ability to work closely with the Engineering Dept. and Production personnel to achieve company goals
