Responsibilities

Develop concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes, utilizing Sketch, Photoshop, Keynote, and comparable tools
Utilize cross-functional partnerships and user feedback to develop innovative solutions
Engage in collaborative design activities, including critiques and brainstorming sessions, with fellow designers
Deliver flexible designs on schedule, allowing for room for iteration as schedules permit
Communicate and elaborate on design decisions to various levels of leadership
Cultivate a receptive and inquisitive attitude when receiving feedback

Required

Proficient in iterative UI/UX design, including sketches, wireframes, concept, and feature development in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
Proficient with Sketch, figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or equivalent
Excellent visual, communication, and presentation skills to help others understand design rationale and product decisions
Experience with rapid prototyping, with a good intuition and communication in making time vs. complexity tradeoffs
Open and collaborative communication skills; capable of working in a multi-disciplinary team
Bachelor degree and/or 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred

Experience designing or implementing new UI systems and tools
Knowledge of macOS and iOS design principles
Understanding of 3D content principles and hands-on experience working with one or more 3D engines and/or APIs, such as Unity, Unreal, ARKit/RealityKit
Hands-on experience working with 3D content creation tools such as Houdini, Maya, Blender, etc
Portfolio showing UI design in varying visual styles, for platforms including mobile, 3D applications and/or games
