Responsibilities

Manage a defined portfolio of Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) customers

Broaden patient reach and drive greater utilization of APM technologies across care settings

Manage and grow relationships with large-scale healthcare organizations, including integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and major hospital systems

Call on anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, critical care medicine, and EP Lab

Drive business growth within new and existing accounts by identifying opportunities and closing deals

Analyze performance gaps and execute short-term regional strategies to meet sales targets

Required

Bachelor's degree in related field

3+ years of progressive sales experience

Medical devices industry experience

Preferred

Ability to Travel up to 40%

Good knowledge of the strengths and limitations of own products and competitor products

Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, including c-suite executives and administrative leadership. Navigate multi-layered decision-making structures within large hospitals and IDNs

Good understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to APM medical products as it relates to the business

Understands customer needs and explains APM product features compared to competitor offering
