Co-Source Solutions is working with a Broward County, Florida-based Insurance Company seeking a Financial Controller to build and lead their Finance Team. This key hire will provide Accounting and Financial reporting while assessing internal functions and building a Team around them.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
Act as the point of contact for external auditors
Provide forecasts and budget analysis
Analyze financial transactions and general ledger accounts
Maintain compliance with regulatory and government agencies
Special projects as assigned by the CFO

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting and 7+ years of related experience
Demonstrated experience and success in building/leading a Team

GAAP knowledge
Strong written, verbal, and collaborative skills
