This role requires a hands-on leader with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion PLM to design scalable solutions, guide complex implementations, and manage a team of functional and technical resources.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Oracle Fusion PLM architecture, configuration, and lifecycle management
Lead hands-on configuration across PLM modules, including:
Product Development, Product Hub, Innovation Management, Quality Management
Item structures, BOMs, ECO workflows, approvals (BPM), attributes, classifications, and product publishing
Design and oversee integrations between PLM and downstream systems (SCM, Procurement, Costing, Finance, PPM)
Lead platform extensions and custom development using PL/SQL, VBCS, Redwood UI, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Manage data flows, conversions, and reporting using FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher
Oversee Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API-based integrations (SOAP/REST); MuleSoft exposure a plus
Evaluate, test, and deploy Oracle quarterly SaaS updates and patches
Establish technical standards, security models, and DevOps practices for PLM systems
Lead and mentor application managers, analysts, and developers
Drive delivery using Agile / SAFe methodologies and Jira-based tracking
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions
Own PLM roadmap, enhancement backlog, and platform performance metrics
Manage SI partners, vendors, and offshore/onshore delivery teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Oracle ERP experience with strong PLM domain depth
5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion experience (EBS R12 acceptable with strong PLM focus)
Multiple end-to-end Oracle implementations, including full lifecycle PLM delivery
5+ years of people leadership in enterprise application environments
Preferred
Oracle Fusion PLM certifications
OCI Foundations certification
Strong knowledge of AIM, OUM, SDLC, Agile / SAFe frameworks
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart
