Human Resources Reporting & Analytics (Operations) Coordinator
AMPAM Parks Mechanical is a well-established Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing contractor in California, seeking an HR Operations Coordinator. This role is essential for ensuring accurate people data, compliance, and supporting employee experiences through reporting, analytics, and HR operations.

Responsibilities
Generate and distribute recurring HR reports, including headcount, turnover, leave tracking, and workforce metrics
Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests that inform decision-making and workforce planning
Help translate HR data into clear, actionable insights
Coordinate and administer employee leaves of absence (FMLA, CFRA, disability, personal, and other statutory leaves), ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and company policies
Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely communication, guidance, and documentation
Support employee relations matters by ensuring accurate documentation, consistent processes, and thoughtful follow-through
Support corporate payroll processes related to employee terminations, transfers, and status changes within ADP Workforce Now
Own HR data accuracy by identifying discrepancies, cleaning up records, and standardizing data fields across systems
Partner with HR leadership to continuously improve system workflows and data integrity
Maintain and update job descriptions; assist with developing new role profiles as the organization evolves
Post and manage job openings across external job boards and internal career platforms
Track open requisitions and candidate activity in partnership with HR and hiring managers
Maintain and update company organizational charts
Assist with HR audits, projects, and process improvement initiatives
Support employee lifecycle events including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and status changes
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
2–4 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR Operations role
Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms
Strong preference for ADP Workforce Now experience
Advanced comfort working in Excel and HR reporting tools, along with ability to analyze data
Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
Clear, professional communication skills—written and verbal
