LSM is a collaborative digital marketing agency focused on helping franchise brands grow through innovative strategies. They are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to guide client digital strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure campaign success.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and long-term partnerships
Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and web
Collaborate with internal teams (ads, SEO, social, creative, development) to execute campaigns effectively
Monitor performance, analyze results, and translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients
Proactively identify opportunities for client growth and new initiatives
Ensure client deliverables are on time, accurate, and aligned with business objectives
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing
Agency experience strongly preferred, or proven experience managing multiple accounts
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social, email, analytics)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a client-friendly way
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack
