Required
Experience in Human Resources (HR), including strategic planning and organizational understanding
Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to develop and implement employee manuals and guidelines
Proficiency in Employee Relations and Performance Management, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment
Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Laws and experience ensuring compliance with regulations
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively within remote and cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is a plus
