Processing Vendor and Subcontractor invoices
Processing credit card receipts and reconciling the credit card statement
Reconciling vendor statements
Assisting with end-of-month close-outs
Gathering and entering company timesheets weekly
Analyzing financial data
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Ensuring compliance with financial standards and company policies
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles
Experience in processing Expense Reports and preparing Journal Entries
Advanced Analytical Skills, particularly in identifying discrepancies and resolving financial issues
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in accounts payable or related financial roles is an asset
