Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that drives top-line performance across all business units and throughout all four seasons
Lead and mentor the revenue team, contact center team, and partner revenue-driving teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance management
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape long-term commercial strategies and annual revenue planning
Act as the internal lead on pricing, demand forecasting, and revenue performance analytics
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting for lodging, lift tickets, snow sports lessons, season passes, F&B, and ancillary lines of business
Design and refine pricing models and inventory controls to optimize revenue based on demand patterns, market trends, and resort objectives
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all revenue systems, tools, and reporting platforms
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve channel mix and enhance margin performance
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, F&B, and Operations to align pricing strategies with promotional calendars, segmentation strategies, and digital campaign execution
Work with Operations leaders to ensure revenue strategy supports guest experience optimization and capacity management
Collaborate with Sales and Group teams to manage group rate structures, displacement analysis, and forecasting
Support Finance with budget planning, financial modeling, and monthly performance reviews
Oversee the development of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to provide clear visibility into revenue performance
Monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, and industry trends to inform strategy
Present revenue insights, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership on a regular basis

Required

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
6+ years of progressive revenue management leadership experience, including on-property experience at complex resort(s) with team and multi-disciplinary oversight
Experience leading and developing a revenue management team is required
Proven success overseeing revenue management and growing top-line revenue at complex properties, ideally within resorts, theme parks, ski operations, or multi-attraction destinations
Advanced analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, data modeling, and pricing strategy
Strong proficiency with revenue management systems, BI tools, and demand forecasting platforms
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly seasonal environment with strong fluctuations in demand
