Responsibilities
Manage the coordination of AV and IT installation projects from start to finish
Coordinating with technicians and clients
Developing project plans
Managing schedules and timelines
Ensuring all installations meet quality standards, technical specifications, and client expectations
Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to address project needs and resolve issues as they arise
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of audiovisual systems, video conferencing technologies, and structured cabling; experience with CTS-certified services is an asset
Project management skills such as scheduling, resource allocation, and time management
Strong organizational and documentation skills for tracking project progress
Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Experience in the construction or AV/IT industry is beneficial
Proficiency in using project management tools and software
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
