Required

Customer service and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and address their insurance needs

Basic proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with insurance-specific software
Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance and/or Life and Health insurance (or willingness to obtain licenses)
Positive attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and dedication to excellent service
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer support is a plus
College degree preferred
