Responsibilities
Maintain complete accounting records, reporting, and filing systems across multiple real estate entities
Manage accounts payable and receivable for multifamily properties, retail assets, and related entities
Process bi-weekly payroll and related reporting
Maintain and reconcile bank accounts for all entities in a timely and accurate manner
Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Monitor financial performance and confirm financial condition through internal reviews and audits
Support investor relations, including reporting and distribution tracking
Maintain retirement account administration
Prepare financials for all entities in support of annual tax return filings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience (real estate experience strongly preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with QuickBooks and/or Sage
Working knowledge of real estate financing and lending structures
Preferred
CPA license a plus, but not required
