Responsibilities
Develop detailed BIM models and construction drawings for a variety of projects
Customize standard details and tackle unique project conditions
Collaborate with engineers and cross-disciplinary teams (architectural, civil, MEP)
Ensure the highest quality of documentation and designs, from preliminary layouts to final deliverables
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or REVIT/BIM Certification
3–5 years in structural design using BIM and Revit
Proficient in BIM, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
