Responsibilities
Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across the Consumer sector
Build and review detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and operating cases
Prepare marketing materials including CIMs, management presentations, and buyer materials
Coordinate and manage due diligence processes and data rooms
Support senior bankers in client interaction, buyer outreach, and process management
Work closely with management teams, private equity sponsors, and strategic buyers
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of investment banking experience (Associate level)
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
Experience working on lean deal teams with meaningful execution responsibility
Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients and senior stakeholders
Preferred
Prior exposure to Consumer, Retail, or Branded Products
