Performing the more complex professional fiscal duties related to government cost funds, including the more complex funds accounts and records for the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW)
Maintaining fiscal records
Preparing all types of accounts and records of financial transactions
Preparation of the yearend reports

Required

Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP) and government accounting standards

Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and federal stakeholders
Adaptability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
