Help customers understand their accounts and benefits
Resolve basic issues and escalate when needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide friendly and professional service at all times
Follow established procedures and guidelines
Update customer information accurately in our systems
Qualification
Required
Good communication skills
Basic computer and internet skills
Ability to work independently from home
Reliable internet connection
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Patience and empathy when assisting customers
Preferred
Customer service experience is a plus but not required
