Responsibilities

Independently performs a wide range of technical and analytical duties in support of Facilities Services’ invoice processing and contract management processes
Analyzing incoming invoices for Facilities Services
Maintaining and reconciling contracts in BusinessDirect to generate vendor payments
Performing research on complex and escalated mail room operational, and equipment needs
Managing CalSTRS’ postal permit accounts
Serving as Facilities Services’ web-content manager
Representing FMIS in enterprise-wide meetings, projects and initiatives

Required

Experience analyzing invoices, maintaining contracts and reconciling vendor payments

Knowledge of mail and postage industry standards and best practices
