Responsibilities

Handle the random but critical things that pop up: internet issues, office vendors, cleaning services, supplies, and general “who owns this?” moments

Partner closely with leadership to handle administrative tasks as much as possible, email triage (including customer service emails), scheduling, follow-ups, and general organization

Take busy work off the plates of sales and marketing team members so they can focus on what they do best

Be the central point of coordination for sales team needs—fielding requests, tracking follow-ups, and making sure the right people have what they need, when they need it
