Responsibilities
Design and build advanced, industry-specific financial models for complex transactions
Develop bespoke structures for transactions such as sale-leasebacks, REIT conversions, NAV analyses, spin-offs, carve-outs, and IP licensing deals
Conduct deep due diligence, including unit economics and cohort-based analysis
Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure model clarity and integrity
Clearly document assumptions, methodologies, and outcomes for senior audiences
Stay current on market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and emerging transaction structures
Qualification
Required
Proven experience at a tier-1 investment bank or equivalent, with hands-on exposure to complex U.S. or global transactions
Strong track record building bespoke, industry-specific financial models
Deep understanding of transaction structuring across private equity, growth equity, venture capital, or corporate development
Advanced due diligence and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable collaborating remotely on high-impact, cross-functional projects
Preferred
Buy-side or buy-side–adjacent experience
Exposure to non-standard or innovative transaction environments
