Senior LevelExecuteIQ is a startup focused on building a Predictive Intelligence OS for project delivery leaders. The Technical Co-Founder will be responsible for developing the entire technical stack, creating AI-powered features, and shaping the product's architecture.

Responsibilities
Own the entire technical stack and shape the architecture, technical roadmap, and early decisions that define our product
Build an AI-powered platform that connects to enterprise tools (Jira, Slack, teams, etc.) and provides predictive intelligence for project delivery leaders
Develop a conversational interface where users can 'talk to their projects' and get answers
Create real-time dashboards with cross-platform visibility across teams, tools, and portfolios
Implement meeting intelligence that extracts decisions, action items, dependencies, and risks from transcripts
Automate workflows for status reporting, dependency tracking, and smart alerts
Qualification
Required
You write code like your life depends on it- fast, clean, and purposeful
Full-stack web application development
Third-party API integrations (REST, webhooks, OAuth)
Cloud deployment and DevOps fundamentals
LLM integration and building AI-powered features
NLP for text extraction and summarization
Data pipelines and multi-source data normalization
Has shipped a 0→1 product (not just worked on mature codebases)
Practical AI/ML experience building real features, not just research or notebooks
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
Can communicate technical decisions to customers
Preferred
Enterprise SaaS experience (security, compliance awareness)
Previous startup experience
