Responsibilities

Execute or coordinate security setup and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Oversee third-party vendor performing non-urgent security setups
Interact with trading desks, portfolio managers, relationship managers, and operations teams to collect and communicate security information
Validate third-party data imports (e.g., Bloomberg) and escalate issues as needed
Provide feedback to management and vendors on timeliness and quality
Participate in projects or initiatives related to security reference data to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance accuracy

Required

Experience in securities operations, security setup, or reference/static data
Familiarity with security master systems
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
