Responsibilities
Assist the Investment Manager in the day-to-day management of the existing portfolio and in underwriting new investments across commingled funds, co-investments, and separate accounts
Develop and maintain fluency and knowledge of the infrastructure market including assigned managers, portfolios, operating and shareholder agreements
Participate in strategic planning and portfolio reporting projects, and in making recommendations to Senior Management and Investment Committees
Qualification
Required
All experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) listed on the Classification Specification should be included in your application package to clearly demonstrate how you meet the MQs for this position
Possession of an advanced degree, such as MBA, or certifications such as CFA, CPA, CAIA or other equivalent financial or accounting certification
5+ years working in infrastructure investing or a closely related field, including an understanding of private markets investment principles and products
Experience with financial modeling, valuation, and other due-diligence processes to evaluate investments in private markets
Experience in understanding and negotiating legal documentation such as shareholder and limited partnership agreements
Experience working collaboratively within a team environment including exercising leadership in mentoring and training junior staff
