Responsibilities

Manage and support cross-functional stakeholders at different levels as they navigate through the Book of Work (BoW) project intake, prioritization and program governance processes. This encompasses ensuring the clarity of the scope of deliverables, timelines, resourcing and budgets meet BoW requirements and identifying risks & issues to mitigate and / or escalate as needed

Leverage problem solving skills to ensure BoW participants deliver on intent and maintain key project governance documentation

Participate and sometimes lead regular meetings supporting BoW routines

Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes
