The role involves leading projects from concept through completion, including client communication, design development, and installation oversight.

Leading projects from concept through completion
Client communication

Drafting and documentation
Procurement

Producing detailed drawings, floor plans, elevations, and presentations
Preparing budgets, proposals, and managing procurement
Coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors on-site
Excellent client presentation, communication, and organizational skills

Required

Minimum 7 years' experience in high-end residential interior design
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
Proficiency in AutoCAD and InDesign (Studio Designer/Studio IT experience a plus)
Ability to produce detailed drawings, floor plans, elevations, and presentations
Strong knowledge of FF&E sourcing, custom furniture, and finishes
Experience preparing budgets, proposals, and managing procurement
Comfortable coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors on-site
Excellent client presentation, communication, and organizational skills
