ACCOUNTING OFFICER (SPECIALIST)

Qualification
Required
Accounts Payables experience
Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
Excellent communication skills
Computer skills
Analytical/problem solving skills
Ability to interpret policies and procedures
Adhere to the laws written in the State Administrative Manual (SAM) and other governing references
Ability to work cooperatively
Basic knowledge of accounting systems
