New Grad, Entry LevelEmpire Care Centers is seeking a compassionate and creative Activities Assistant to join their team at Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing. In this role, you will help bring joy and meaningful experiences to residents through various activities and support the Activity Director in program delivery.

Responsibilities
Supporting the Activity Director in planning and delivering a variety of programs
Leading and assisting with daily activities, events, and outings
Providing one-on-one activities for residents who are bed bound
Helping residents with crafts, games, and recreational programs
Maintaining accurate documentation of resident participation and progress
Building relationships with residents to support their social, emotional, and spiritual well-being
Qualification
Required
CNA certification required
A warm, caring, and energetic personality
A true team player with excellent communication skills
