Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of home technology products, including TVs, home theaters, audio systems, and appliances

Delivering excellent customer service

Educating customers on product usage

Adhering to safety and quality standards

Working both independently and collaboratively to ensure timely and accurate completion of all projects

Required

Experience installing and setting up audio systems, home theaters, televisions, and appliances

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently

Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform on-site installations

Valid driver's license and capability to travel to customer locations

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Preferred

Previous experience with home technology installation or related fields

Additional certifications in relevant fields are a plus
