Qualification
Required
Proficiency in conducting title searches and reviewing the chain of title
Strong knowledge of title opinions and their application in the real estate process
Experience with reviewing deeds and understanding their legal implications
Understanding of escrow processes and related documentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve title-related discrepancies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
