Responsibilities

Source the best venues in target markets. Make the calls, run the meetings, negotiate the deals. You're the human in the loop—building trust with venue partners while using AI to handle everything around the conversation. Turn one-off deals into repeatable playbooks
Nail the naming, write descriptions that convert, set pricing that works. Understand what B2B marketers actually need and translate venue offerings into packages with clear value props and compelling positioning. Test, learn, iterate
Use AI to produce at scale: package copy, image and video assets, outreach sequences, social campaigns. Make venues look irresistible. Own the voice and visual presentation of every listing on the platform

Required

3–5 years in marketplaces, partnerships, merchandising, or supply-side operations at high-growth startups
AI-native—you use AI for research, content creation, outreach, and workflow automation
Strong design instincts (Figma, Canva) and exceptional writing
Experience with image and video creation tools (CapCut, Premiere, AI generators)
Experience building and scaling supply for a marketplace or platform
Track record creating offerings, listings, or products that drive conversion
Passionate about the role and impact of IRL group experiences
Want to join at the ground level with real traction and build a category-defining company
Eager to work hard, learn fast, and change the world
Creative and compelling on packaging—you know how to present an offering that converts
Confident on calls—you can pitch venues, build relationships, and close partnerships
Extremely high bar of excellence and push yourself to meet it

Generalist at zero-to-one—you thrive in ambiguity and see sourcing, creative, and sales as one motion
