Responsibilities
Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in residential real estate transactions
Conduct comparative market analyses and advise on pricing and market conditions
Prepare and manage contracts, disclosures, and related documentation
Communicate proactively with clients from first contact through closing
Use MLS, Dotloop, and Deposit Link tools to manage listings and transactions
Execute lead generation and marketing activities (online, social media, referrals, open houses)
Qualification
Required
Active real estate license (or in process of obtaining one)
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms and digital transactions
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in real estate, business, or a related field
