Information Technology
Responsibilities
Maintain and support automated inbound and outbound file transfers using MOVEit Automation
Ensure all file transfers meet HIPAA, PCI DSS, and SOC 2 requirements through proper encryption, access controls, and monitoring
Design, manage, and improve automated workflows to minimize manual intervention and business impact
Support onboarding and offboarding of external trading partners while enforcing internal security standards
Translate technical issues into business impact, status updates, and resolution timelines for non‑technical stakeholders
Monitor MOVEit Automation jobs and SFTP services to ensure successful, on‑time file transfers
Troubleshoot failed, delayed, or corrupted transfers and perform root cause analysis
Manage SFTP users, folder permissions, SSH keys, and credential resets
Maintain PGP/GPG keys and SSL/TLS certificates to ensure secure data in transit
Review system and security logs to identify suspicious or unauthorized activity
Coordinate firewall allow listing/deny listing and submit required changes through ServiceNow
Support internal teams and external partners with file transfer questions and issues
Maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and operating procedures
Communicate issues, risks, and resolutions clearly to business stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Technical expertise in Secure File Transfer / MOVEit Administration
Ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders
Experience with MOVEit Automation and SFTP services
Knowledge of HIPAA, PCI DSS, and SOC 2 requirements
Experience with encryption, access controls, and monitoring
Ability to design, manage, and improve automated workflows
Experience in onboarding and offboarding external trading partners
Ability to translate technical issues into business impact
Experience monitoring MOVEit Automation jobs and SFTP services
Ability to troubleshoot failed, delayed, or corrupted transfers
Experience managing SFTP users, folder permissions, SSH keys, and credential resets
Knowledge of maintaining PGP/GPG keys and SSL/TLS certificates
Experience reviewing system and security logs
Ability to coordinate firewall allow listing/deny listing
Experience with ServiceNow
Ability to support internal teams and external partners
