Advertising Manager – Amazon + DSP
Navigo Marketing is hiring an Advertising Manager to lead Amazon advertising strategy and performance for top beauty and wellness brands. This client-facing role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of how to grow beauty brands on Amazon through effective advertising strategies.

Responsibilities
Lead Amazon advertising strategy and campaign planning for high-growth beauty and wellness brands
Use AMC data and internal tools to identify performance levers and shape media plans
Execute and optimize campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and light DSP
Collaborate with brand managers, strategists, and creatives to run coordinated, full-funnel campaigns
Serve as a client-facing lead for Amazon performance, reporting, and strategic recommendations
Own outcomes like TACoS, new-to-brand growth, search rank lift, and conversion improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on media experience with a primary focus on Amazon Ads
Strong understanding of how media, content, inventory, and pricing work together to drive results
Working knowledge of DSP and AMC, with the ability to interpret and apply data
Confidence and polish in client communication and strategic presentations
Direct experience growing beauty or wellness brands in competitive environments
Preferred
Bonus if you have experience with Meta, Google, or TikTok and understand their influence on Amazon
