The Sales Manager will oversee sales activity across established and emerging business units, support team development, and provide performance insights to leadership.

Responsibilities
Manage and support inside and outside sales teams, including OEM-focused representatives and emerging business units such as robotics, wire spool, and servo motor solutions
Track, analyze, and report sales activity and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
Provide situational coaching, communication guidance, and customer service best practices to sales representatives
Coordinate sales initiatives across multiple business units with shared commission structures and aligned objectives
Maintain visibility into sales processes and understand how workflows across teams contribute to overall performance
Use CRM and sales technologies, including NetSuite CRM, AI-enabled email tools, and internal order management systems to improve efficiency and reporting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales management, or senior sales roles
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working within established systems and contributing to continuous improvement
Familiarity with CRM platforms and modern sales tools
A team-oriented sales leader who values structure, collaboration, and long-term growth
Ability to adapt to and operate within existing systems before introducing improvements
Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales tools
Preferred
Experience in electrical distribution, OEM sales, or technical product environments
