The role focuses on integrating Clear Skye IAM capabilities within ServiceNow to automate identity lifecycle management and governance processes across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Clear Skye IAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform

Configure and customize Clear Skye applications, workflows, access models, and identity lifecycle processes

Develop server-side and client-side ServiceNow scripts (e.g., GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer actions)

Build and maintain integrations between Clear Skye, ServiceNow, and downstream systems (e.g., AD, Azure AD, LDAP, HR systems, SaaS applications)

Implement role-based and attribute-based access control (RBAC/ABAC) models

Support access request, approval, certification, and attestation processes

Troubleshoot IAM, provisioning, and integration issues; perform root-cause analysis and performance tuning

Collaborate with security, IAM, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Support upgrades, patches, and ongoing optimization of Clear Skye and ServiceNow environments

Contribute to technical documentation, design artifacts, and operational runbooks

Required

Hands-on experience developing Clear Skye IAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform

Strong ServiceNow development experience, including server-side scripting and GlideRecord usage

Experience with identity lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver processes)

Solid understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, RBAC, access governance, and provisioning

Experience integrating ServiceNow/Clear Skye with directories and identity providers (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP)

Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks

Ability to work independently and contribute at a senior technical level

Preferred

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or equivalent)

Clear Skye IAM-specific training or certifications

Experience with HR-driven identity provisioning (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD integrations)

Knowledge of cloud identity platforms and modern authentication standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)

Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments
